I went bar hopping through all the countries different bars. A very fun time, but can be pretty pricey for drinks. The staff were all very friendly and the attention to detail at all the different "countries" was real good eye candy.
We love Epcot for an exciting and exploring day. They have rides there that you can go to. Which they are pretty cool. For more of the adult sides, you get to travel around the world and see the different shops and food each country has. Even adult beverages they sell in that country. The fireworks were really nice to see and it was pretty cool seeing the globe light up in different colors at night. Can’t wait to be back.
The rides are not worth it. None are real roll-a coaster rides. They are boring. No thrill rides. Love the countries. The French pavilion had amazing food. We enjoyed the countries and the vibe. It was packed. Skip rides and focus on cool kid’s activities like postcards. We used our ponchos and would have had a tough trip without them
Epcot is my favorite Disney park. We love the festivals that they put on year round. The food selection around world showcase is amazing. Every time we come there is something new to experience. If you can only go to one Disney park, I would recommend this one.
It's one of my favorite theme parks of Disney World. I walk around the world through country's food, traditions, and cultures. The festivals around the year are my favorite. The food is defiantly my highlight. I also love rides here like Soaring, Nemo, Frozen and Test Track. The fireworks at the end of night are really fun.
Took the family to Epcot for Christmas! I used the virtual queue to get in line for the Guardians of the Galaxy ride; we thought it was a small ride. We did not wait long in line it moved pretty quickly. That ride was fast and had us in all the turns and loops. It was our first ride entering the park and it did not disappoint! There were boat rides and many other attractions. We went through the botanical garden ride which is also a walk-through if you choose. That was my second favorite ride. We took a short boat ride to Morocco…there were cafes and lots of rides. The croissants were so delicious. The food at Cafe Connections was not good at all. Not pictured but I had some vanilla bean ice cream in a waffle cone and it was some of the best ice cream I have ever tasted. We could not see the whole park in a day. Tons of long lines…. I would definitely visit again.
October 2023
A trip to EPCOT felt like a trip around the world. I found unique, authentic, and eccentric food and merchandise items. It was fun to re-explore this park where always found something new, and with the current construction going on I may have to return. There were some new attractions like Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind (Virtual Queue or Lightning Lane purchase only) and Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure (Genie+ preferred).
Sadly I did not see as many street performers versus the last time but seems a bit more food options. I did enjoy sampling different Coca-Cola products from around the world and too bad cold not buy the one that tasted like cucumber & Sprite. The food was really good and fun to experiment. The cast members are also from all over the world and very nice and friendly, and wasn’t sure they even spoke English but nodded and smiled.
Some of the hidden places either I forgot or never explored was The Land where I rode the Living with the Land. There was a huge atrium with a restaurant called Garden Grill Restaurant, and saw some Disney characters greeting guests.
The front section of EPCOT had been renovated and still is where the gift shop was huge. Spaceship Earth looked amazing at night with the LED light display. There was a lot to see and experience where in the past we stayed at Disney’s Boardwalk Inn where recommend it where you can walk to EPCOT.
The park is kept very clean and not as congested like theater parks for very easy to walk around.
Not that crowded because it rained cats and dogs. We went during the international food and wine tasting September- Mid November:
1. Food assortment is fair (On a scale 1- 10 a modest 4)☹️. Do not miss the Australian lamb chop🥰
2. Pricey, Epcot admission + price for food and drink
3. Portions small
4. No wine flights anywhere, for tasting🤐
* Disney staffed the international booth with students from that country, and they are fluent in their language🙂. Fun if you had a chance to speak with them.
5. The international displays were interesting
6. The highlight was the Guardians of the Galaxy Rollercoaster. AAA+ It requires a virtual queue, and you must register at exactly 7am or 1pm. You will not take a photo because you will be too busy holding on!🤪
7. Did not see fireworks. Lots of rain! Did see Epcot ball at night🙂. See photo.
